ABOUT ME
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for looking into my business as an investment in your health and fitness. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have many years of personal experience involving past hobbies, home workouts and weight training. I completed home workouts for roughly 2 ½ years. I gained knowledge from personal research and created my own training programmes to follow. This was very motivational for me and I saw results. From my experience of working out at home and in a gym environment, I decided that sharing my journey and teaching others what I have learnt along the way would give me great joy. I wanted to become a more active person and get other people more active. Even after joining a gym, I have noticed that my home workouts have been partly responsible for where I am at today. They helped me to build confidence and the want to begin personal training.

1-2-1 TRAINING
Free face to face consultation between the client and the personal trainer to establish aims and exercise methods. Discuss training environment to establish health & safety.
Fitness tests and measurements taken to help monitor progress.
Exercise tips and nutritional advice offered.
Personal trainer supervises 1hr training sessions.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME
Online consultations between the client and the personal trainer to establish goals and exercise methods. Discuss training environment to establish health & safety.
Fitness tests and measurements taken by the client and shared with the PT to help monitor progress.
A personalised training programme designed specifically for the client that will be adapted and monitored as progression occurs.
7 days a week online support via email/social media/phone.
Exercise tips and nutritional advice offered.
Weekly check ins to discuss progress and programme amendments to further improve your training.
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME WITH SUPERVISED SESSIONS
Free face to face consultation between the client and the personal trainer to establish goals and exercise methods. Discuss training environment to establish health & safety.
Fitness tests and measurements taken to help monitor progress.
A personalised training programme designed specifically for the client that will be adapted and monitored when required.
Have use of the PT’s training equipment during 1hr supervised sessions.
Arranged 1hr supervised training sessions that gives the client on-hand support, guidance and motivation throughout the session
7 days a week online support via email/social media and via phone.
Exercise tips and nutritional advice offered.
Weekly check ins to discuss progress and programme amendments to further improve your training.
ADDITIONAL OFFERS:
Train with a friend for only a small additional fee.
A reduction in personal training time is available with a reduction in price. Also, and increase in personal training time is available with an increase in price.
Group sessions are available – please ask for more information.
